Simply fill out our online booking form with your event details — type, preferred date, duration, and approximate guest count. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and next steps.

For hourly bookings, the minimum is 2 hours. We also offer half-day (5 hours) and full-day (12 hours) packages. For large events or productions requiring setup and teardown, we recommend the half-day or full-day package.

Yes. A partial deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before the event date. We will guide you through the payment process after confirming availability.

Absolutely. We encourage site visits so you can see the space firsthand and plan your event layout. Please contact us to schedule a convenient time for your visit.

Yes. We have safe, dedicated, and hassle-free parking spaces available for guests and production teams. The parking area can accommodate multiple vehicles and is managed to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Yes. Orhashi is a blank canvas — you are welcome to bring your own caterer, decorator, florist, A/V team, or any other service provider. We simply ask that all vendors are briefed on our space guidelines before the event day.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Yes. You can book both the ground floor and upper floor together for larger events. This is ideal for events where you want a main event space (ground floor) and a breakout or hospitality area (upper floor) simultaneously.
