We require a minimum of 2 days advance notice. For weekends and popular dates, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date.

Yes — a 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. No payment is taken online; our team will contact you to arrange payment after confirming availability.

Cancellations more than 7 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling (subject to availability) is free with more than 7 days notice.

The venue rental includes access to the booked space, dedicated parking, Wi-Fi, and basic lighting. Catering, AV equipment, décor, and additional services are arranged separately by the client.
